Welcome to Heacham Manor Golf Club

Heacham Manor Golf Club is a perfect venue for all levels of golfers. Designed as an American style links, it is intersected by two rivers and has three large feature lakes to admire and hopefully avoid as you make you way around the course. The course opened for play in 2009 and is already rated in the top 100 stay and play resorts for UK and Ireland.

The front nine is dominated by the water features, where two of the lakes are linked by a winding stream fed by a weir that protects the front of the par 3, 5th hole. The largest lake protects the front of the signature hole 7th and also the 11th, where the brave will need to carry the lake on their second shot to reach the green of this 562 yard par 5 in 2!!

Views of The Wash feature strongly on the back nine, whilst the golfers themselves provide the view from the hotel terrace and conservatory on the 15th, so make sure that you have your ‘A’ game in place by the time you reach here!

The Heacham River winds its way through the final stretch, with the 18th a reachable par 5, but surrounded by the hazards of the Heacham River, Ray’s Creek and O.O.B. so many a game has swung dramatically over the closing holes at Heacham Manor Golf Club!

The course is set up for all standards of golfers, with 4 sets of tee positions. From the Championship tees the course measures 6,786 yards whilst those wanting a less onerous distance have a choice of tees down to a very convivial 4,500 yards.
